I Love A Clean San Diego/REI - Part 3

9-12am at the San Diego River in Fashion Valley

I Love A Clean San Diego and REI team up for the 3rd of 4 cleanups in their "Trash Trackers" series.

This cleanup aims to spruce up a stretch of the San Diego River that lies right behind the Fashion Valley Mall. We will also be partnering with our friends at the San Diego River Park Foundation for the event!

Volunteers of all ages are welcome to help remove trash and debris from our local waterways and prevent them from reaching our beaches and ocean. 

This is also the 3rd of 4 cleanups in our Trash Trackers series! About 10 volunteers, over the age of 16, are also needed to help us record detailed data about the debris found at this cleanup for our ongoing Trash Tracker program.

Please wear comfortable clothing (long pants and close-toed shoes are highly recommended). Also, don't forget to bring your own reusable water bottle and to wear sunscreen! Community service forms will be available for all participants.
